<description>I have a pair of speakers. They came with a Speaker System, the Panasonic SA-AK17 CD Stereo System (service manual here). The main music center/system was a huge piece of equipment that contained a 5-CD changer, dual tape deck (one of them for recording), an AM/FM tuner, and an equalizer.

However, the main system died of old age and no longer works. As for the speakers, I think they still work, but to make sure, I would need to plug them into something.

<description>You know how people use an 'x', 'X', or '×' (as in, a Multiplication sign) between two names to denote a loving couple?

For example:

Code:AshxMisty

Code:SpikeXFaye

Code:Heat×TsutomuWTF yaoi

Why do people write/type this way? Where did it originate?? I'm guessing Japan , but I wonder more specifically how this phenomenon started . </description>
