| This one Korean guy who put a bunch of good Korean shows got kicked off, too. Although that's a little more understandable since he was putting like a whole Korean network on Youtube. But still, those were good shows! |

LOL! That's what happens when you put up copyrighted stuff on Youtube, though. If I or anyone posted up a video of a movie, TV show, or game, putting up a copyright notice wouldn't be enough. I've seen a lot of people do that, " I don't own such n' such TV program, blah, blah, blah". If it's copyrighted and a big name company gets wiff of it, then they're gonna contact the folks who run Youtube and let them know. I mean, as much as I hate to admit it, it IS illegal.
"Unauthorized copying, public performance, broadcasting or rental of this recording is prohibited."
Some companies on the other hand just don't care. That's why you see some videos with copyrighted content still up. _________________ _________________________ The world is waiting for UNiSON! |

Some people resort to using 1337 to name their files, such as SE3ST0R F4NSUB5 . If I did that, I'd probably go so far with t3h |€€†, you wouldn't understand me .
As in the case of STLOcarina, the rule they violated might have been © infringement because they were posting renditions of songs owned by other people, but it was more likely advertising their own stuff (ocarinas).
NetCasty might have done the same thing, but with SingStar. The SingStar people liked him so much, however, that they made a commercial featuring him (in Germany, where he lives).
I don't know . I suspect some sort of youTube conspiracy taking them out for reasons beyond just copy wright infringement ._________________ Chet Lemon & Black Snow Awesome Show
